Hope you have read Great Expectations by Charles Dickens. If not, you can give a try.
You will love the way the boy Pip tries to become a Gentleman! You will also get a vivid picture of  the contemporary society.

I am a great fan of Charles Dickens & his revolutionary writings. I always try to read his books & articles. Those are really wonderful.
