Analysis and findings:
1.Mr. Samson H Chowdhury is the Chairman of square group: Mr. Samson H Chowdhury was hard working person. He is an innovative person & honest man. He creates some new ideas and build a group of companies. He achieved a business award . Under his dynamic leadership, SQUARE is set to continue its progress globally. He also achieved "Special contribution in country's industrial and commercial sectors for the year 2003" by "Merchantile Bank Award 2003". Recipient of NBR Award one of the Highest Tax-Payers in 2007-2008, So he is a successful Business man of Bangladesh.
2. Mr. Amjad Khan Chowdhury is the Chairman of Pran group: Mr. Amjad Khan is the honest & integrity person in the Bangladesh. PRAN group tried to Programmed for Rural Advancement Nationally and has become Bangladesh’s largest grower and processor of fruits and vegetables. For Mr. Chowdhury, now a leading businessman.
3.Dr. Khater Massad is the Chairman of RAK ceramics Ltd: Dr. Khater Massad is an honesty and innovative person . He also provided good quality ceramics to the customer, he is a global leading Business man . "Excellence through Hi-Quality Products and Services so as to provide The Best Value for Money."
4.Sohail Rahman is the Chairman of Beximco group: He is a distinguished business personality of the country and has received many awards and accolades for his outstanding contribution to country’s industrial development. He is a creative person in the Bangladesh.

He previously was a professor of economics where he developed the concepts of microcredit and microfinance. These loans are given to entrepreneurs too poor to qualify for traditional bank loans. In 2006 Yunus and Grameen received the Nobel Peace Prize "for their efforts through microcredit to create economic and social development from below Yunus himself has received several other national and international honors. He is trying to poverty alleviation of rural people, so he is a successful businessman.
