If a driverless car crashes, who should be held liable?

One possible solution comes from the vaccine industry.

In the 1980s, the rising threat of liability prompted vaccine manufacturers to pull out of the business. So Congress stepped in and created a new system for people who are injured by vaccines. Cases are handled in special hearings, and victims are paid out of a fund created by a special tax on vaccines.

With the threat of liability reduced, more companies started making vaccines again.

Harvard cracks DNA storage,
700 terabytes of data into a single gram.

A bioengineer and geneticist at Harvard’s Wyss Institute have successfully stored 5.5 petabytes of data around 700 terabytes in a
single gram of DNA, smashing the previous DNA data density record by a thousand times.

Revolution in storage history of computer. One step ahead in data center infrastructure.

Science and Information / What makes password strong!
« on: January 19, 2013, 09:25:40 AM »
Many people and my students asked me that what kind of password they should have for their Email accounts or for their social networking sites. Here, in this article i want to share you what kind of criteria you must have while you are giving your password. But before that lets have a laughing session. Here are some fun facts:

A boy will be having password like Bike’s Number, Car’s Number , his Girl Friends Name or her cell no . So its very easy to guess this kind of password if you know the guy a bit. Second max people who comes under email hacking are business man and mostly married people who are having their passwords like Wife’s Name, iluvmywife, Name of their children. Most of the students give their mobile number as their password.

Well I suggest you should have a complex password or robust password.
Criteria you should have while you are generating password or should be combination of

1) Capital Letter - eg. A,C,V,J
2) Small Letter -eg. w,t,y
3) Number - eg. 1,6,7,8
4) Some Special Character - eg. !,&,*,%

Complex Password :- *&@M!T&*
Robust Password:- *ilmip4* [* i luv my iphone 4 *] this is a best password which is difficult to guess bcoz at first look it has no meaning.

If you are unable to make a complex or robust password then you can try this website http://makemeapassword.net/. Its great website to check the complexity of the password.

What is Dropbox?
-----------------------------
It is a website which provides online storage (free-2gb) and also makes file sharing easy.We can keep our files where ever we go or we can say we can have access to all your data from anywhere in the world. It can also be used for online backup.

Features of dropbox :
-----------------------------
1)One of the great feature of dropbox is automatic uploading . We just need to copy the file to the dropbox folder to upload it. There is no need to log on to the dropbox account whenever we need to upload the file.

2)One another feature is suppose we are have more than one computer. One in home and another in office and we want some files(which are in home or office's computer) on both of the computers. So we can directly copy the file to the dropbox folder. And on another computer it will be automatically downloaded. If we want to download the file on computer on which dropbox is not installed. We can download it by logging to the dropbox account by visiting dropbox website.

3)Dropbox app also available for smartphones(blackberry, apple, android etc.). We can access files on the smartphone too.

4)Dropbox can be used for the online backup.

What we need for using drop box?

-A Dropbox account (http://db.tt/A2KFzAb6)

-Dropbox application (http://www.dropbox.com/link/22.nD4vWdCo42)
