We can see that our university hang many important notice in the notice board but maximum students don't check at the notice board. It is very important to check out the notice board at-least once a day. But maximum students they don't do that as a result they missed many important notice. So, now university is hanging all important notice on the glass of every classes. It looks odd. If we see 1 to 1.5 year back, we faced many problems to get our result but our university smartly handle this problem, now we are getting all our result in our website and now within a very few seconds through sms. Isn't is possible to introduce SMS Notice Alert service? When a student will do registration for this service s/he will get all update notice in his/her mobile and their will be no chance to miss any notice.

We are practicing one thing already , sending notice to their DIU mail address.This is another effective way to ensure them any important Notice.The only thing is needed that they should check it on regular basis.if any one doesnt have pc in home they can do it from our lab.Just sharing ystrday I sent an email about new software generated Exam Clearance to all students DIU email addresses and got numbers of replies.That means they are already getting familiar to this.Thanks for ur suggestion about which already we are planning to do.Its a matter of few more time.That day is not too far when students will be able to know about their dues even via sms service just like their result.
