Need To Develop Our Forum Button

Dear Honorable Forum Admin
I am Abdus salam Sony
I am really proud to be a member of diu forum
but i think our forum must be improved by the world top ranking forum.
that's why i  have some opinion for  develop our forum

1) Need to added Like Button For not increase more irrelevant post
2) Not Justified Only Forum Posting based User ranking may be Classified by Topics posting based.
3)makes some classified Our user ranking
4)Shown In forum top ten user for making interest another user for using forum.
5)Makes some Restriction for the student like our teacher evaluation process.one student must be posting 5 topics in forum every semester.after all this is help to us using forum all over the world.
6)I think Our authority try to makes digital university but maximum student can not open there student email.but if we have makes a system ,student must be joined with our forum and all e services.
7)Need to categorize color  based user level.
8)Need New idea competition in forum various topics.
