The Top-500 named organization each half yearly declares the name of the most powerful/speedy computer.  In their 20 June, 2016 report they declared "Sunway TaihuLigh" supercomputer the most powerful whose speed is 93 petaflops !!!  They used their own chips without any help from any other country.
