Department of Business Administration and Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) organized workshop on "Sharing Survey Results" under IQAC on 27th June 2016 in the conference room of the university. Professor Dr. Charles Villanueva, Director, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, AIUB graced the occasion as the chief guest while Dr. M. Shahidul Kabir, Director, Institutional Quality Assurance Cell, Stamford University Bangladesh was present as the special guest. Mohammed Masum Iqbal, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Business Administration shared the survey results of the data collected during the self-assessment process of the respective department.
The chief guest Professor Dr. Charles Villanueva elucidated different aspects of quality assurance under the rule of IQAC. He encouraged the SA Committee members to focus on what their students are competent to do more than what they have already done. The special guest Dr. M. Shahidul Kabir suggested the SA committee members to find out the opportunity for the development of students. He also emphasized that quality assurance is a matter of enthusiasm. Professor Dr. Fokhray Hossain, Additional Director of IQAC, DIU was also present as guest of honor. He suggested to ensure out-come based learning method which may facilitate the students in developing their career. The workshop was attended by 15 faculty members of Business Administration Department of DIU.
