As part of developing Smart Cities, Daffodil International University along with Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF) Bangladesh will organize a Seminar on Public Opinion - Master Plan of Gulistan Skywalk. This event will take place on 25th May 2019, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at 71 Milonayaton, Ground Floor, Daffodil tower, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

                                JOINT POLICE COMMISSIONER (TRAFFIC - SOUTH)
                                DHAKA METROPOLITAN POLICE.

Special Guest    : Anindya Kishore Debnath
                               Asst. Professor, Dept. Of Urban Planning, BUET

Invited speaker : Sadiqul Islam Shehab,
                              Architect,Paara/ Opus studio

Research outcome of 4th Year students of DIU studying in Department of architecture will be shared with the audience. An exhibition will also be held with three different proposals on how Gulistan future will be changed due to MRT station. The aim of the proposals is to solve existing problems regarding traffic management in Gulistan having the future problems in mind too. The best possible solution came from the research is skywalk. Participants will be provided the followings:

1. Iftar Package Parcel
2. Seminar Kits: A diary, a bag and a pen

We aim to help forge a more easier traffic management, ensure safe passage of the people along with ensuring road safety. Please do the registration here to join us and share your valuable opinion in the process of future revolution in infrastructure development!
