There is a chat link in our website but we can't do chat or can't do registration. And there is also a E-store link in the website but we don't know how can we use it.

there is another option in our university website as "FEEDBACK".

but i dont know is this feedback really maintained properly or not??

i was trying it few times but no feedback from the opposite.
