* এখন থেকে গৃহ নির্মাণ খাতে ঋণ মার্জিন অনুপাত ৭০ঃ৩০ এবং কার লোনসহ অন্যসব ভোক্তা ঋণে ৩০ঃ৭০ নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। অর্থাৎ এখন থেকে গৃহ নির্মাণে ব্যাংক সর্বোচ্চ ৭০ শতাংশ ঋণ দেবে। বাকি ৩০ শতাংশ ভোক্তাকে জোগাতে হবে। এর আগে গৃহ নির্মাণে ব্যাংক ৮০ শতাংশ পর্যন্ত ঋণ দিতে পারত। কার লোনসহ অন্যান্য ভোক্তা ঋণের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক থেকে ৩০ শতাংশ পর্যন্ত ঋণ নেয়া যাবে। এর আগে এসব খাতে গ্রাহকের ৫০ শতাংশ থাকলে বাকি ৫০ শতাংশ পর্যন্ত ব্যাংক থেকে ঋণ নেয়া যেত।

* ঋণ ও আমানতের সুদের ব্যবধান ৫ শতাংশ সহনীয়।
