There are some good qualities for communicator
   Positive body language or “Kinesics”
   Eye contact
   Transparency in speech and proper word stress
   Paralanguage or vocal characteristics
   Knowledge about the content to be communicated and ability to back up one’s communication
   Excellent communication skill
   Honesty
   Visionary outlook
   Selecting a good team
   Action speaks louder than words
   Ability to motivate people around
   Consistency
   Ability to stand against critics

i think every students struggle with good communication. Communication skills is very important than educational background in many profession. Most of the organization wants employee who have good communication skill rather than good educational background. example- teacher, merchandiser, administration department, consultant, relationship manager, marketing department, HRM department,politicians, call center executive, etc.

Yes it is very true that most of the organization prefer communication skills rather educational background..But I am sure that in Teaching profession educational background exists in the lead than communication skills....
