How would I open the DIU e-mail account?

Dear sir,

Some of my existence friends want to open an email account. So, I suggested them to go to the DIU web page and fill up the form of email ID and send it. They have successfully completed this task but some days later, a email came from DIU Web team that is




Some days ago I met  Mr.Shahinur (Admin building 6th floor, Reception room). He also suggested to my friends to fill up the email form from the DIU web page.

Please help some of my friends, they want to open an email account and want to a member of DIU forum.

I am very happy to know that you helping your friends to open E-mail id at DIU. Now all students of DIU want to open an E-mail id but DIU gives the direct facility to new students only. Authority should give the same facility for existing students like new students.

       Great to here this news that now new students will not face any problem in making email id.it is a nice idea of our it team.I just saw it this morning in our website.

All the students who are not new but did not create their E-mail IDs yet, can get information on how to get their E-mail IDs from Registrar Office.

Authority should give the same facility for existing students like new students.

There is a payment for creating E-mail ID. The new students are paying that fees when they are getting admitted to the university.
The Authority did not take that fees from the old students during their admission rather they were asked to pay the fees and get a form from Registrar Office to create their E-mail IDs. So the old students still have to go through that old process.

Hope this explains why the authority can not give the same facility for the existing students like the new students.

There is a prescribed form in registrar office after fill-up it please submit it to the same office.
