How to make a debate automatically?

A debate does not mean that there should have a judge, particular 2 groups, some chairs & others. But a topic should have there. I think when we discuss different type of topics, there create a debate automatically. Some people tell "Yes" some people tell "No". There have no fixed rules. Sometimes we can get good knowledge through this debate.

I told it debate place cause here which I say, may everyone agree with me or sometimes they are not agree with my comments. If I'll give wrong information, obviously everyone will disagree with me. My thought & your thought may can be different. In this matter, I will express or share my views & you will share your views. So, it seems to me as like as debate place.

actually debate doesn't  means always disagree to any ones view.it just express ur self in your point of view. but most important fact is that sometime we debate illogically. that is not acceptable . we may debate if only opposite  persons/ party / group is not right . if he/she is right in position we may agree. for example most of the case our national opposite party always place in opposite or disagree even the subject to matter is positive for the country's future.
