Some basic rules of etiquette must be followed for communicating with email.Here are some most important rules ..

#Keep your line length under 80 characters-under 72 if possible.
#Dont use abusive or offensive language(flaming)you wouldn't use in person.
#Dont copy more then a few words from another source.
#Do give complete credit for others ideas and words.
#Do ask for permission before you forward or post someone else's message to avoid breaking the writer's confidence.
#Avoid using all capital letters:it's called SHOUTING.
#Keep your signature concise.
#Check your e-mail regularly.
#Dont read others message waiting to be picked up at a printer.
