A completely Blind Official Appointed at DIU

As per the commitment and mutual agreement between BERDO (Blind Education and Rehabilitation Development Organization) & DIU management, we have appointed one person from BERDO in DIU and thus we have appointed Ms. Manzu Akther as an Assistant Information Officer in Campus-3. She has been appointed as an special case from 1st January 2011.

Ms. Manzu has been appointed She has completed her graduation and post graduation in History from Dhaka University. She is academically very qualified person. She is a nice, disciplined, amicable and helpful fellow. She has overcome all her constraint by self esteem, diligence & persistence.

This appointment is an emblem of DIU on way of moulding a positive Bangladesh, with the equality for all human. DIU preserves the motto of upholding human right for underprivileged as well as the advantaged sect.

It is another remarkable fulfillment of CSR of the university.
