Too much eating affect the heart

Always remember that the heart works hard to pump blood into the stomach and intestines to help the digestive process of food. Eating vast amounts of food every day which contains hundreds of calories makes your heart pump more blood to the stomach and intestines. This affects your hearts health because it has to work harder for the digesting process. Eating smaller meals help keep your hearts job at a minimum. This is why many people suffer from heart attacks after eating on a big meal.
