A good leader knows who the key persons of his/her organization are. A good leader's job is to retain his/her key people 

A good administrator knows how to utilize his/her subordinates properly. He or she knows that no employee should be overpaid or underpaid. In Bangladesh we see many right people are not in the right places and vice versa. So, a good leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.
