When one of you looks at one who stands at a higher level than you in regard to wealth and physical structure, s/he should also see one who stands at a lower level than you in regard to these things in which s/he stands at a higher level as comparted to him/her.

I was thinking earlier. When we sin, we expect or request Allah to forgive us. But do we show each other mercy? Do we forgive people who have wronged us? If we don't, then should we really expect Allah to forgive us? Why should Allah show us mercy when we don't show each other mercy? 'Allah is not merciful to one who is not merciful to people' [Bukhari] Maybe it's time we all forgive and show mercy to each other.

Narrated
Abu Hurairah (RA) Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said, "Whoever says, Subhan Allahi wa bihamdihi, one hundred times a
day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam

Mahmud b. Labid reported that 'Uthman b. 'Affan decided to rebuild the mosque (of Allah's Apostle in Medina) but the people did not like this idea and they wished that it should be preserved in the same (old) form.Thereupon he (Hadrat 'Uthman) said: I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: He who builds a mosque for Allah, Allah would build for him (a house) in Paradise like it. (Muslim 7110)

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wasallam) said: “Oh Ali, if two people come to ask you to judge between them, do not judge in favour of the first until you hear the word of the second in order that you may know how to judge.” [Ahmad, Abu Daud]

Reported from Hadrat Anas b. Malik Radi Allahu anhu, the Beloved Prophet Salla Allahu ta'ala 'alayhi wa 'aalihi wa Sallam said: "Girls are models of affection and sympathy and a blessing to the family. If a person has one daughter, God will screen him from the fire of hell owing to his daughter; if he has two daughters..., God will admit him to paradise; if he has three, God will exempt him from the obligation of charity and Jihad." (Kanz al-Ummal: 277).

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "O people! Spread greetings of peace, feed (the poor and needy), behave kindly to your relatives, offer prayer when others are asleep, and (thus) enter Paradise in peace."[Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 269]

Abu Sa'id reported that Gabriel came to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said: Muhammad, have you fallen ill ? Thereupon he said: Yes. He (Gabriel) said: "In the name of Allah I exercise you from everything and safeguard you from every evil that may harm you and from the eye of a jealous one. Allah would c...ure you and I invoke the name of Allah for you." (Muslim Book 26, Number 5425)

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Verily Allah likes three things for you and He disapproves three things for you. He is pleased with you that you worship Him and associate nor anything with Him, that you hold fast the rope of Allah, and be not scattered; and He disapproves for y...ou irrelevant talk, persistent questioning and the wasting of wealth.
