Submission guidelines of Project/ Thesis/ Internship report

This document contains a guide on the required format for submission of student Project/ Thesis/ Internship report project report on soft copy (CD) to the DIU library

Project Report should consist of the following order:
1.   Title page
2.   Letter of approval (scanned copy of page having signature of supervisor)
3.   Acknowledgment
4.   Dedication
5.   Abstract/Executive Summary
6.   Table of Content
7.   List of Figures, Tables, Abbreviations etc
8.   The main body or chapters
I.   Introduction
II.   Literature review / Review of Related Literature
III.   Significance of the Study/ Scope of the Study (Optional)
IV.   Methodology/ Experimental Details
V.   Analysis / Discussion / Findings / Recommendations
9.   Conclusions
10.   Appendices(Optional)
11.   References (APA style)
Page Numbering:
1.   Preliminary page must be in lower case roman numerals e.g., i, ii, iii.
2.   All pages of the main body must be numbered in Arabic numerals e.g., 1, 2, 3.
3.   All pages have to be arranged according to the table of contents.



Electronic format:
1.   The report should be in ONE FILE and PDF format document.

2.   Document must be submitted in CD/DVD with case and must include a label with the following information (print):
•   Title of projects/theses/internship reports.
•   Name of Student with ID
•   Department or program
•   Year

Copyright note:

"©Daffodil International University" should be typed in the footer.
