Dairy commodity prices are increasing by market fundamentals of supply and demand.In order to understand the fundamentals one must know the mass balance and processing of milk products.Mass balance equation helps us to know quality of the food and also the moisture of the food materials.The milk products expressed as 100 grams.we know that mass can neither be created nor destroyed it can change into various shapes.Thus mass valance helps in dairy industry to make profitable one.

1. How 'Creep' can be describe easily?
2. Why are we using 'Creep' and 'Relaxation' methods in food industries?
3. How can we make profit when we are selling any product in market? Can you please suggest me the process?
