Department of Real Estate of Daffodil International University organized a “Tree Plantation Campaign” at DIU Permanent Campus, Ashulia, Dhaka on June 20, 2013. Professor Dr. M. Mizanur Rahman, Treasurer, DIU, Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Advisor, Dept. of Real Estate and Mohammed Sakhawat Hossain, ACMA, Assistant Professor & Head, Dept. of Real Estate were present at the campaign. The campaign was also graced by a foreign guest from Japan named Mr. Takayoshi Suzuki, Social Worker and Friend of Liberation War 1971. Considering the importance of trees for our lives and to perform social responsibility the campaign has been initiated from the Real Estate Department. Almost forty different types of fruits, flowers, and wood trees were planted there. Students were not only restricted to tree plantation but also enjoyed with lots of fun. Everybody was in festive mood at the permanent campus.
