We are taught at early age that all pain is evil and harmful. So many of us are afraid of ourselves,of our own truth and our feelings at all.We talk about how the great concept of love and life are!But everyday we are hiding ourselves from love and life because of the truth is life and life is full of love ,love is full of sufferings. The love is equal to feelings and feelings bring sufferings for us.
How can we deal with real life and true love if we afraid to feel what we really feel? We need to feel pain just we need to feel alive and love.Pain is meant to wake up us. Yet we try to hide our pain.Realise this pain is something to carry willingly just like good sense.
