Changing seasons
During this time many changes in temperature. Headache, body pain, the nose with a waterfall, throat sour, coughing etc occurs. Which is known as the medical language respiratory infection (RTI). It is also known as seasonal flu.
With in five to seven days it can be cure by normal treatment & bed rest at home. However its not cure, secondary bacterial infection has been affected then you have to diagnosis for these symptoms and take expertise doctor advice. Mainly less than a year old, but all children and young people are affected by the disease.
Seasonal flu treatment can cure at home. Two main conditions Everyday drink enough water and take rest should be adequate for seasonal flu treatment. The problem should be in accordance with the treatment. - Such as fever, headache, body pain you should take tablets or syrup, which is specific for paracetamol. Take antihistamine tablets or syrup for cough, throat sour, and cold.
As a botanist I suggest you just take Zinger, Pudina (Mint Leaf) or Lemon tae.
Any thing that should be taken to prevent cold refrigerator.
