Busy or not to Busy

There are various kinds of people live in our society .people are very helpful around us . they are not same in mind.
some time people will say come to my office  i will meet with you .i will help you .if you go to his office they will not responds you.they will not receive your call .most of time they don't call back and replay mail .

                                its the system in the world ......................?

If you fell busy you can knock/ feedback later.its very interesting matter this person can,t knock you.In case ,when you will see face to face  them. they will say ......
                                 o do you call me ?
                                i was busy on time
                                then whats you matter and  ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ?
