Though 'Hartal' is a democratic weapon, but it is not used in the democratic way. It is misused by all the political parties so many times that now-a-days it has lost its democratic value and became a tool for harassing mass people.

Ferdousi Begum:
Right now, it became a weapon misused by the anti-party. We the mass people suffers a lot.
