Healthy 10mins meal for 2


Ingredient :-
Basa fillet 2 ta ( u can use any fish fillet )
Coriander leaves
Green chilli 4 ta
Lime 1 ta
Salt
Ginger crush 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic crush 1/2 tspoon
Cucumber 2ta
Tomato 2 ta
Olive oil 2 tspoon
Cooking method :-
Prothome fish k salt,garlic,ginger,ek piece lime juice dea makhate hobe..terpor fripan a medium heat a 1tspoon oil dea fish ta vajte hobe..ek ek side for 3 mins..
Then for the salad,,
Cucumber thinly slice korte hobe..ami peeler use kori cucumber er jonne..Tahole easy hoe..tomato eki vabe slice korte hobe..
Salad dressing :-
1tspoon olive oil,salt r lime juice mix korlei hoa gelo dressing..erpor dressing ta salad a makhia Ekta plate a fish r salad dea..upore coriander leaves r chilli dea poribeshon korte hobe..
