Ingredients:
Milk-1 ltr
Vinegar-4tbsp
Shuji-1tsp
Flour-1tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Ghee-1/2 tsp
Baking Powder-Shamanno
Malai-1/2 cup
Mawa-1/2 cup
Food Color- Shamanno ( Lengcha-te shadharonto yellow color use kora hoi ami pink color use korechi ektu onnorokom korar jonno.)
Sugar-2 cup
Water-3 cup

Method: Ekti patre 1 ltr milk nea chulay dite hobe. Milk-a jokhon prothom bolok ashbe tokhon 4 tbsp vinegar die narte hobe. Tarpor pani theke chana alada kore thanda panite dhue nete hobe. Ete vinegar-er smell chole jabe. Tarpo patla kapore chana bedhe 1hr jhulia rakhte hobe pani jhorar jonno. 1 hr pore 1ti boro patre chanar sathe shuji, flour, 1tsp sugar, ghee, baking powder mishie valovabe 10-15 min mothey soft dough banate hobe.Erpor dough-a color dea abar ektu mothey nete hobe. Dough theke 8-9 ti jam-er shape-a misti banate hobe. R 1ti patre 2 cup sugar r 3 cup pani mishie chulai boshate hobe. Tarpor futonto shirai misti gulu chere dete hobe. Shirar patro ektu boro nete hobe. Karon misti gulur size double hoe jabe. Kichukhon por por groom pani dete hobe r misti gulu chamoch dea dubie dete hobe. Erpor misti gulu 30 min beshi jale rekhe chula theke namie shirar shonge 1 cup pani melea 4-5 hr dubie rakhte hobe. Shira theke uthea kitchen towel othoba patla kapurer upor kichukhon rekhe chaku dea ek deke chire malai-er pur lagie mawai gorie poribashon korte hobe.

Malai:
Condensed milk-1/2cup
sugar-1/4cup

Milk-2cups
Vanila essence – 1 tsp
1ta patre milk, condensed milk, vanila essence & sugar dea jal dete hobe. Ghono ghono narte hobe jeno niche na lege jai. Malai ekdom athalo banie nete hobe.

Mawa:
Milk powder-1/2 cup
Ghee -2 tbsp
Water -1/4 cup
Uporer shob upokoron eksathe ekti batite microwave-a 1 min gorom koe nete hobe. Tarpor chamoch dea valovabe meshate hobe. Thanda hole chalnite chele jhuri jhuri kore nete hobe.
