Ingredients:
Beef keema/kabab r mangso 1kg,buter dal 200 gm,peaz boro kore kata 5/6 piece,kacha morich 12,salt as taste,elaicy 4,boro kalo elaicy2,darcini 2,ada kuchi one n half tbl spn,rosun koa 4,ashto jira 1tbl spn.
Sob kichu ek sathe ekta harite poriman moto pani dia shiddo korbo.valo kore shiddo hole patai mihi kore beta nibo.
Eber kabab mihi kore bata akta bowl e nibo,ete peaz keema1/3 cup,kacha morich kuchi as taste,pudina pata kuchi 2tbl spn,dim 2,sob kichu valo kore mothe nibo.tarpor kabab shape kore 1ta feta dim e muria breadcrumb e muria freeze 20 min reka,gorom dubo tel vaje poribeson korbo.
