1st e chini o pani ekshathe jaal diye sheera baniye rakhte hobe.ekhon ekta boro bati te pani,ghee,soda r dui mishiye tar moddhey moida diye makhiye dough banate hobe.proyojon hole ekto pani dite hobe.paratha r dough r moto kore… haat diye lomba roll kore 1 inch kore kat te hobe.tarpor shob gulu kata tukro ke dheke 5/10 min rekhe ditey hobe. Dim aachey chulai boro deep pan e tel boshate hobe.(jokhon balushahi tel e charbo tokhon tel er temperature emon thakbe.haat er angul tel e dubale kushum gorom lagbe,tel e balushahi charar por ,balushahi gulu dubey thakbe.kichokhon por veshey uthbe. )ekhon kete rakha dough theke ekta ekta kore haat niye gol ball kore haat diye chap diye flat kore haat er buru angul diye majhkhane dabiye ditey hobe jeno angul ulta side diye ber hoi.evabey shob gulu baniye.dubu tel e koek ta kore chartey hobe.kheyal rakhte hobe jeno tel khob gorom na hoi,balushahi tel e charar por nara chara kora jabe na.wait korte hobe.jakhon balushahi gulu astey astey tel er upor uthey ashbe r ek pash halka bhaja hobe tokhon chular jaal ektu bariye shonali rong kore bhajte hobe 8/10 min.tarpor tel theke uthiye sheera te chere 2min rekhe namiye mawa chitiye thanda kore poribeshon korte hobe……..

I think it will be delicious one but we should also be careful about overeating....
