Whether you’re over weight or underweight, in the stressful times that we are living in, it’s difficult to find that body balance. Here is how you can find your ideal weight.
Don’t skip your first meal of the day i.e. breakfast. You body needs it to start the day and get your body in rhythm. An hour after you get up, have a meal, that is light and protein-rich such as a smoothie or some almond butter on sprouted grain toast, a plain Greek yogurt with fruit or a scrambled egg with some tomatoes or fruit.
Just pumping iron in the gym is not enough. If you want to keep a good metabolism rate, you need to keep yourself active throughout the day. This includes going simple household chores, like cleaning the house, fixing a family meal, taking the stairs instead of the lift etc.
Avoid eating junk food as it is garbage to your system! Pizzas and burgers are not good even if you want to increase your weight, stick to healthy foods as they are balanced with nutrients. Also, don’t consume too much sugar, unhealthy fats or starchy foods. Follow all these points and your body will definitely find its ideal weight in no time!
