Meal plan on how to gain weight

Mid-morning: Pineapple juice with coconut milk with peanuts
Lunch: Rice/ Barley roti/ Butter roti/ Paratha/Fish/ chicken/ Cottage cheese/ tofu /Lentil salad/ cooked lentil/Starchy vegetable such as potatoes, colocasia
Evening Tea: Milk with protein supplement, Mixed nuts 30gms, Toast with honey/ Idli with coconut chutney
Dinner: Rice/ pasta/Noodles/ any other cereal, Cottage cheese/ Fish/ Chicken/ Soy/ mushrooms, Cooked veggies
Dessert: ( Jelly/ Ice cream/ Kheer)
Post dinner: Banana or any other seasonal fruits.
