Solid experience PHP, MYSQL, Java Script, JQuery CSS3, HTML5 is must
Knowledge of Wordpress, Joomla, E-commerce is plus.
Must be self-organized and able to conceptualize a project from start to finish in conjunction with core product development team
Strong initiative - capable of working on a self-sufficient basis and identifying areas of potential technical improvement
Good design sense will be plus
