Dear all

I want to share with you about fear..

Fear can be real or imaginary..Fear makes people do strange things. It primarily comes from a lack of understanding.To live in fear is to live in an emotional prison...Fear results in insecurity, lack of confidence..It destroys our potentiality and ability.We cant think straight..Fear ruins relationships and health...We face some common fear like..:::
                                                                     (1) Fear of failing
                                                                     (2) Fear of the Unknown
                                                                     (3) Fear of being unprepared
                                                                     (4) Fear of rejection
Fear leads to anxiety which in turn leads to irrational thinking. Imaginary fears magnify problem..Fear can get out of hand and destroy happiness and relationships...  I think a meaning of fear is

Fear of failure is often worse than failure itself...Failure is not worst thing that can happen to someone...
When Baby learn to walk,,they keep falling but to them it is not would never walk....It is better to die on ones feet than to live with fear on ones knees.....
