5 detox foods to eat regularly

Currently, detoxification has become a worldwide phenomenon because of the spread of the too much industrialized foods. Overweight, digestive disorders, insomnia, skin problems, urinary infections and other warning signs are various and can be dangerous due to these foods. To remedy this, detox program has to be followed so that the body regains its right balance. Here is a list of 5 detox foods you can eat regularly.

1. Beets
The best ally for slimming and detox diet, beets contain a unique mixture of natural chemicals (phytochemicals), and minerals that contribute to the elimination of toxic waste.
