We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic personnel to fill out the following position who will contribute to attain our business expansion needs.
Position: Company Secretary
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Discharge duties and responsibilities as Company Secretary in accordance with company act and relevant law of the land.
• Work with the Issue Manager and relevant regulatory bodies for IPO related activities of the company.
• Organize different meetings; prepare agendas and taking minutes of board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs) & EGM.
• Deal with correspondence, collating information and writing report, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
• Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors and shareholders and dealing with company matters relating to compliance with corporate laws, RJSC, BSEC, BOI and other relevant regulatory bodies.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
• Master in business background with professional qualification from ICSB/ICAB/ICMAB.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience out of which at least 5 years as Company Secretary in a renowned listed public limited company. .
• Well conversant with companies Act, BOI, SEC, Stock Exchange(s) & JSC rules & regulations and having strong communication & analytical abilities.
• Age limit: 45 years.
