Investment of buying property or land
Investment on real estate sector like land, plot, flat or apartment is more secure investment rather than any other investment even the fixed deposit on a bank. In Bangladesh the amount of investment in the form of traditional bank fixed deposit which will be doubled in 6 or 7 years later. Invest on a real estate product with a partial payment or take an easy installment scheme from any reputed financial institute by which you may be a proud owner of your dream asset. When we invest in a land, plot or apartment having a loan from commercial bank or financial or leasing company with a partial payment as per loan amortization schedule it may be double or triple after the clearance. So, invest low for higher profit and be safe.

Investment of buying real estate
Real estate investing connects acquire, ownership, management, rental or sale for profit. Improvement of real estate property as part of a real estate investment strategy is generally considered to be a sub-specialty of real estate investing called the Real Estate Development. Real estate is an asset form with limited liquidity related to supplementary investments; it is also capital concentrated (although capital may be gained through mortgage leverage) and is highly cash flow dependent. If these factors are not well understood and managed by the investor properly, real estate becomes a risky investment. The primary cause of investment failure for real estate is that the investor goes into unconstructive cash flow for a period of time that is not sustainable, often forcing them to resell the property at a loss or go into liquidation. A similar practice known as flipping is another reason for failure as the nature of the investment is often connected with short-term earnings with fewer efforts.
