Many prospective students ask their question through email. They feel comfort this way.  The young generation is becoming habituated with technology & email communication. If any prospective student wants to study at Daffodil International University, he/she at first visits our web page & after that if they feel satisfied about DIU then they ask question through our contact email. So, our web page & contact email is very important.
In another post I have ask to bring the “Why DIU is best” page at home page or at the front. It is also very important because if you able to understand your value & necessity to others then people obviously comes to you. The page “Why DIU is best “should be more dynamic, smart, informative, helpful & friendly. Set another feedback form at the bottom of this page. Make this page specially by targeting to others. 

If anybody does email to ask information to our contact email, set an auto reply. Then when the responsible person receives the email, he/she will reply the email.

The auto reply should conation:

•   Basic information about DIU
•   Why DIU is best
•   All faculty & department URL link
•   Tuition fees
•   Facilities, scholarship, waiver etc.

This is a good thinking no doubt about it but the mentioned information which will send as auto reply to the senders are already in our website with full details. I think it is very easier to visit our website than the auto reply system.

Unfortunately you have read the post but don't understand. Please read again & rearrange you comment. 

It's our duty to inform our information to others. Whatever the visitors viewing it's not the case for us. The basic information I have given, you can't find them shortly.

It's a part of business called "Marketing through email communication". You will also find it in international business communication.

Anyone can get information from our website. If they satisfy with these information they can visit our university also.

@ Debashish, you are right that we have enough information about our university & related all the norms. So if any one feels more interest then he/she may acquire feedback opportunity. And benefit of the process is concern person can handle all the issues one way & therefore work will be going on smoothly.

I don’t agree with Mr. Kazi but I think we can be more organized by the process. As email communication is very sensitive & comprehensible.
