The auto reply should conation:

•   Basic information about DIU
•   Why DIU is best
•   All faculty & department URL link
•   Tuition fees
•   Facilities, scholarship, waiver etc.

Dear All i think this is a nice thought of Shahin...In every country specially develop country should follow those auto reply....If you try to think those writes up then you will understand what he said about....Tuition fees, Facilities, scholarship, waiver is shown by DIU website but is they know why we best ??? DIU is best because of very good technology so we should be more digital like this way... we can be more organized by the process i know but how many students should know about it or use..?? We are organized but not socialized.....

someone made opinion that if any body feel interest about DIU then  he/she will be able to find all information from our DIU web site. Don't think like foolish. It's our duty to make them interest.

When a auto reply shows them some basic, important & affordable  information then they can feel interest.

Let's do some more logical conversation in this topic.

DIU is not cheap; we have a demand in market. So don't try to make it cheap in market. We have a good demand in market. I am explaining this with a short example, as a student of business I can say it like d-marketing. At-first we will go to the market to sell my products then when you will get high demand than you can start d-marketing. It will create more demand. If our products are good that time customer will must come to buy our products.

We can easily make understand when any customer comes to buy a product more through personal communication or by giving practical examples.  That’s why I said that we have all these things in our website perfectly. Anyone can get information from our website. If they satisfy with this information they can visit our university also.

My question is to you that is this good manner or good way to give any reply? You should maintain a minimum courtesy in forum. I didn't underestimate your idea anytime, everyone can check that or I didn't said that it is not possible.

I have seen auto reply system in the developed countries for instance in the UK.  However, Shahin, you can talk to Mr. Ujjal regarding the matter.
