May be this status is ok in terms of number of posting but spending time with the forum shows different. I believe there are number of people who are reading more than posting.

Wow, my id is included here. I am very happy to see this.
Forum is a platform to communicate with the honorable chairman, faculty members, authority, students, share & gain knowledge. Mr. Raju sir is very much right. Some people are here who are posting without reading such as good post, nice post, etc. I am sorry to say, I against this job.

I comply and appreciate the say of Raju sir.  We must acknowledge those who are reading more than posting.

At the same time, I appreciate those who contribute good post(s) to make our Forum enriched. One more thing, it is better to contribute more and more than only to say... good post/handy post/thank you, etc..

Note: Only posting number will not be considered to select best performers of the Forum.

Forum is not a mere thing only to post. The post should be appropriate, logical and understandable. I saw many people replying without understanding the topic properly. Just to increase the quantity of post is very much odious to see. I entirely agree with Raju Sir and Mr. Ansary.

When I got a certificate for using forum as a junior member,at first I got surprised.But later I found it a source of inspiration.I think Raju sir is right because some of us read forum regularly and do not post.The quality should also be evaluated as well as the quantity.

Ranking can give more inspiration to be with forum....reading other's post can make us able to understand other's views & posting by us can increase creative thinking about subjectmatter of post....forum is very beneficial for all of us...we should spend more time in forum.
