The importance of group study needs no saying. We, the students, especially those who come from different sections sometimes feel very isolated and lonely. Our teachers can help a lot on that. Our teachers can easily create a group among us based on our ID. numbers and motivate us to study in group. Group study has become essential nowadays especially in the discussion of theoretical subjects and exercising mathematical subjects. Our teachers can even force us to do group study to extract the hidden talents from us..
When we will complete our studies, we need to do a job.. Just one question is that when our Boss will give us any kind of project with team members, we have to complete the task with unknown people or colleagues. If we don't learn it now from the university, then it will be a problem for us. Sometimes different students from different batches do a course. Many of us don't know each other...we feel like horrible?? If our teachers motivate us to create group discussion in the class room, then it will be better for us. By discussing in the team or group, we can study, do assignments, prepare for presentation and finally participate...
Bottom line is, please help us to do group work and teach us to enliven team spirit so that we can study and learn in groups and we can grow together.
May be this is a small issue for us but nothing is small in this world and small is often converted to a big issue in the time to come
