Sometimes we face different types of the problem when we use PC. Sometimes we can solve it or sometimes not. So, today I have decided, I try to solve your PC related problems, if you have any problem, just say me. I will try my level best to solve your problem .
Not only me but also Mr. Debashish, Mr. kazi shahin, Mr. Faham will try to give you the solution.
All the members of the forum are requested to inform your problem and make this forum more effective.

I want to know about Windows set-up.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. You are my client. Thank you for asking me the question.
Now lets start it.
Requirements:
Boot able Windows CD/DVD such as XP/Seven.
Power on your PC, after that, you have to press "Delete" key several times from the keyboard until the BIOS comes on the screen like the following picture.

Insure your first boot device is CD/dvd Rom. After that prss "ESC" and go to the "exit" menu from the BIOS.
Now enter your Boot able win cd/dvd in your cd /dvd Rom and restart your PC.
Now you can see on your screen " Press any key to continue", press any key from your keyboard. Now you PC will start installing the window.
See the instruction from the bottom of the installing page and fill up the installation key correctly.
If you face any problem when you install the windows, please inform me any time.
NB: Some motherboard doesn't support delete key, this time you have to press F5/F1. Bios features may not similar of this picture.

Before reinstalling windows, backup your data. So your will not loss any data.
Backup your bookmarks.

Backup important documents, photos, videos etc. from "C:/" drive.
when you will format your C:/ drive at the time of reinstalling... you will lost all data.
Installed programs are not data like.(Ms Office, Yahoo! Messenger or any program like that.)
just copy and paste to other drive (D,E...) documents, photos, videos, songs from your DESKTOP, MY DOCUMENT, and from C:/ drive (if any)
If your 1st boot set as a DVD ROM after inserting Windows DVD you can see "Press any key to continue...." press ENTER
MR.Ashiq already shown it in details.
Now the question is which windows you are going to install! windows 7 or Windows XP.
I recommend Windows 7 if you have minimum 1GB ram.
Insert windows 7 DVD..
Restart your PC
"Press any key to continue...." click ENTER
Select your language (English) click NEXT
Tick I agreed License Agreement ... Next
Click CUSTOM (advanced)
Now be careful... "Where do you want to install?" screen will arrive.
Click on ADVANCE OPTION....(Bottom Right)
Select "Disk 0 Partition 2" (2nd one). Former it.... your C:/ drive is formatted now. And your PC have no active virus now ;D
select "Disk 0 Partition 2" (2nd one) and click NEXT
Your Windows Setup will start and show progress .....
After some time 10~30min(depend on your pc configuration) install will complete :D
