HADITH of the Day

Mu'adh bin Anas (RA) reported: Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever gives up wearing elegant and expensive garments out of humbleness, when he can do so, Allah will call him on the day of resurrection and before all creations, he will give him the choice to wear whichever garment of iman he would like to wear".

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "After you there are going to be days of patience. The patience during that time is like the one clutching on to a hot coal. During those days the reward for the one who adheres to the Commands of Allah will be equivalent to the reward of fifty men who did an action like his."
At-Tirmidhi

‘A wise person is one who keeps a watch over his bodily desires and passions, and checks himself from that which is harmful and strives for that which will benefit him after death; and a foolish person is one who subordinates himself to his cravings and desires and expects from Allah the fulfilment of his futile desires.’
The above quotation was said by Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) Al-Tirmidhi Hadith 66 Narrated by AbuYa'la ibn Shaddad ibn Aws (R.A.)

Narrated by Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said, "The first group of people who will enter Paradise, will be glittering like the full moon and those who will follow them, will glitter like the most brilliant star in the sky. They will not urinate, relieve nature, spit, or have any nasal secretions. Their combs will be of gold, and their sweat will smell like musk. The aloes-wood will be used in their centers. Their wives will be houris. All of them will look alike and will resemble their father Adam (in statute), sixty cubits tall."

'All my followers will enter Paradise except those who refuse.' They said, 'O Allah's Apostle! Who will refuse?' He said, 'Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the one who refuses (to enter it) [Bukhari Volume 9, Book 92, Number 384]
