HADITH of the Day

Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him)said, "The best alms is that which you give when you are rich, and you should start first to support your dependents."
Sahih Bukhari - Volume 7, Book 64,Hadith Number 269

The Prophet [SALLALLAHU ALEIHI WASALLAM] said, "What is wrong with those people who look towards the sky during the prayer?" His talk grew stern while delivering this speech and He [SALLALLAHU ALEIHI WASALLAM] said, "They should stop (looking towards the sky during the prayer); otherwise their eye-sight would be taken away."

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "If anyone calls others to follow right guidance, his reward will be equivalent to those who follow him (in righteousness) without their reward being diminished in any respect, and if anyone invites others to follow error, the sin, w...ill be equivalent to that of the people who follow him (in sinfulness) without their sins being diminished in any respect".

He should not leave it for Shaitaan nor should wipe his hand with a napkin until he has licked his fingers, for he does not know in what portion of the food the blessing lies.â€
