The Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering of DIU celebrated a colorful rally titled "The World Breastfeeding Week 2016" in collaboration with PediCare Bangladesh toady on August 02, 2016 on at University Campus Premises.
Mr. Hamidul Haque Khan, Treasurer , DIU inaugurated the program where Professor Dr. Engr. A. K. M. Fazlul Hoque, Registrar and Professor Dr. Bellal Hossain, Head, Department of Nutrition and Food Engineering, DIU were also present at the rally.
The theme of World Breastfeeding Week 2016 is about how breastfeeding is a key element in getting us to think about how to value our wellbeing from the start of life, how to respect each other and care for the world we share.
