Hi Faruque, How are you??? Welcome to the topic……………..

I've tried the words that you given:
 Offing – most probably….”protesting something” I guess.
 Oho -
 Ogre – monster, giant, tyrant.
 Splendor – brilliance, grandeur, luxury.
 Thump – punch, hit, strike.

Where did you find the word “oho”? I can’t understand the word!!!!! Good luck.

The word 'oho'; is that any expression only?

The quiz answer that tarek tried, was wrong I think. I suppose, you told them to pick the words only from the lists discussed here.

The meaning of 'ashen' is very pale or without color.

A sentence with 'ashen':: His face was ashen and wet with sweat.

2. ashen: Plz see the previous post
3. baroque: highly ornate

4. bard: poet

5. coy:shy; modest
          She was coy in her answers to his offer.

Yes, Faruque...........I've also thought so. the word "OHO" means the exclamation point when we get astonished towards something.......or when we make some mistakes!!!!
