A teacher has to teach students how to be sincere, truthful, hard working and cooperative. Knowing the subject topics is important. But only the basic characteristics makes the difference. They should also learn how to work in adversity and hardship. A person can be successful if he / she can work sincerely and timely. Patience and determination can help a lot in professional life. To cope with diverse atmosphere and to understand peoples mind sometimes is the key to success.
