We need more foreign degrees teachers in BBA faculty ...

Dear Authority

We need more foreign degrees teachers in Our BBA faculty. We see some of good teachers are leave to our University so in there position we need a more knowledgeable and experienced teachers. Foreign degrees teachers are more experience then local degrees teachers. They teach us with foreign style which is very important for us and we learn something. Only degrees are not valuable I think, learning process and learning pattern are most important to us. Life become more complicated so we have to know our complications and solve for it. Degrees are sold from different universities but not learning. So If my speeches are not right please tell me where is my fault, I said only truth.

Don't worry. The authority will hopefully take care of it. Not all teachers with foreign degrees are good. Some of them are obviously very good because of the university they have studied. On other hand, some are not that good because a teacher must have some qualities that makes him or her good which may be in both teachers with foreign and local degrees. please follow the link:

Teaching Method of Foreign Degree Teachers is quite different from others.They can find out of hidden Talent from students.They believe practical Knowledge is very important.  They try to innovate ideas from the students like Case Studies & Research. Students can solve problem & smartly presents to others. Most Educational Institution acquire foreign degree teachers to give a distinct education from others. Our university is a distinguished landmark of education.So,We need not only Foreign degree teachers but also Ph.d Degree teachers for better education & better research.

Dear Bidita and  Jalal

Thank you for posting.Your university authority always tries to hire the best teachers.And the teacher selection process is the most rigorous and systematic, I believe.Through the selection process, the teachers joining DIU may have foreign degrees or may not.For example,in this semester five teachers have joined Faculty of Business and Economics and one of them has got foreign degree.So, don't worry.Your university is always concerned to have the best teachers and to render best teaching.

One point I would like to share with you is that I have got many teachers in school, college and university like you are having.But I don't find that the teachers having foreign degrees are always good rather I got some outstanding teachers like Professor Mofizul Isam who doesn't have any foreign degree.

Jalal, You will be happy to learn that DIU is one and only private university in Bangladesh that has five Full-Time Professors with PhD and other foreign degrees in the Faculty of Business and Economics.You can check NSU and other leading universities.
