The article seems to be very important to understand the transformation of learning in the 21st century. Indeed, we need to know how to engage our students in research effectively in line with the classical ways of research.

An educational institution (especially when it is in tertiary level) will not survive in the market in the long run without her research/innovative activities.

And it is mandatory to know that sustainable research demands to have cross-disciplinary knowledge so that researchers can deliver products which can give maximum benefit to the society.

The application of today's learning will not be straightforward. We may start with the following questions:
1. Why students will accept the change from traditional academic learning to research oriented learning? Where is the motivation?
2. The scopes of student research in parallel with academic bindings?
3. What logistics is required/need to give to develop research oriented activities (may vary as per discipline)?
4. How to develop an standard evaluation framework to track the growth of the research initiatives and their impact?
