Everyday we are students are suffering by the photocopier owner (FBE campus 7th floor). Their have only two machine. One is like a show-piece and another one is old and can not perform perfectly.

They are selling poor paper and ink. That’s why most of the time we are not getting clear photocopy. After few days the copied page almost erased because of their poor paper, ink and machine. Recently they are started printout and there also giving poor paper and ink.

Besides they are not well behaved and efficient. If we ask them why are you giving poor service….? They answered “this are like this. If you like then you can do or go any where.”

I know very well that our university authority always gives the highest priority of students needs. I hope they will take the right steps.

Really we are in great problem!!!!!! And yes, we are very proud of our authority for their greatest support & serving us with world class  exam & learning accommodation system.

We hope,This problem will soon be handled with proper conception of the students need.

I am sure the machine output is not as worse as you have mentioned. Last week I myself got my photocopy satisfactory from the machine you are talking about. Yet, the authority will look into the matter immediately. If it is found unsatisfactory, it will be solved immediately.

Thank you for your positive approach, as you must witness the service and logistic supports the university is rendering to the students. They are trying to gearing you up by rendering newly added facilities in your campus, like- the Masjid, Lounge, new classrooms. The CDC and that existing floor is being renovated to a great extent... DIU is ceaselessly trying to provide you with good service since its inception. All these are being done only for the you people.

Thank you so much Md. Limon Hossain to raise your voice. It’s totally ridiculous. Now a days students are not willingly copy their sheets from 7th floor. Most of the students like to copy their sheets from “Bangladesh Photocopies”. But sometime we bound to copy our sheets from 7th floor. When we are attending classes we get 10 minutes to join another class and in the mean time if we need any copy then it is not possible to go to the basement and bring all required copy due to very short time. And we bound to copy from 7th floor. Otherwise no one go to 7th floor to copy their sheets.  


Fault
1.   Their way of behavior with students is not good.
2.   Their copy sheets are totally rubbish.
3.   If any student asks about their service they behave badly with them.



Problems:
05-07-2011 some of my friends of a class did copy from 7th floor. All that sheets are rubbish. Then we asked him “why your copies are like this? If we get copy from BD photocopy it will be clear.” His answer is, it is same at all place.

Get clear:
1.   Just take a any page and copy it from 7th floor, copy the same page from any other
Photocopier, now justify. It will give you a crystal clear idea about their service.

2.   Any one of you, who recently copy sheets from 7th floor, bring the sheet on your
Hand and scratch it very softly by your finger………………(what u see?)





I request to authority please please please, take initiatives as soon as possible and save our time and money.

____All the students who suffers, just give a little response and write about it. Don’t be silent.
