NOTICE for the Registration & Class Start of Summer-2012 Semester
MS.c in TE

It is hereby notified to all the students of MS.c Dept. of Textile Engineering that their course registration for the Summer-2012 Semester will be held on 01/06/2012, (Friday) 2012. In This regard students are suggested to clear the dues in the Accounts Dept from 9:00 am to 5:00 Pm on 01/06/2012. Without the course registration, students will not be allowed to enter into the class and their name and ID will not be recorded in the attendance register.

4.   All the students are asked to collect the Registration Form from the Accounts Section by paying 1st installment money (Semester Fee + Tuition Fee for one course + Laboratory Fee + Extra Curricular Activities Fee)
5.   Students are also suggested to clear all the previous dues before the date of the registration.
6.   Students must remain present physically during registration as per schedule mentioned above.
7.    Class will be start from 01st June 2012 for existing & newly admitted students.

(Final Improvement Examination)

Students of the Faculty of Science & Information Technology, willing to sit for the Final Improvement examination (Spring-2012), are advised to submit their application to the respective Head of the department on or before May 28, 2012. They are also advised to get clearance from the accounts section on or before May 29, 2012 by paying 40% of the individual course fee. It should be noted that the students who earned I, F or less than B may apply to sit for the improvement examination.

The improvement examination will be held from June 2-5, 2012( the exact date and time of the examination will be announced later)

Subject: Project, Industrial Attachment, & Comprehensive Viva

 

The Comprehensive Viva (TE-411) of Summer-2012 semester will be held from July 15, 2012 (Sunday). Defense of Project (Spring 2012) & Industrial attachment viva of Summer-2012 will be held after completion of Comprehensive Viva (TE-411). Further details will be notified later. In this regard concerned students are suggested to submit one copy of their Project/Thesis & Internship report to the department on or before 26th July 2012.

 Both the project thesis and industrial attachment report must be written as per DIU guidelines which is available in the DIU Forum or students can collect from their supervisors.

 Students must clear their dues by 14th July 2012. If anybody fails to clear his/her dues within the aforementioned date, his/her comprehensive viva , project presentation & industrial attachment will not be held.
